I can do all the features you stated. However for the customisation part we have to talk about it to see how much that can cost depending on your design requirements. The bid amount here is just for the calling card installation and configuration and excludes customisation. I alreday have some customised panels for a2billing so if you like them then there might not be any need to customise.
