CRE Loaded 7 Motorcycle, ATV. Parts (Make/Model/Year)

This is a re-post as I have decided to upgrade to version 7 from 6. I am in need of a Combo Box Drop-Down for Make --> Model -- Year of vehicle, just like they have on all Auto Parts web [login to view URL] for this will be for dirt bikes, motorcycles, avt, utv. etc. I want the session to be saved on the vehicle search and the option to clear the session search if they want to choose another vehicle. I would also like to be able to additional options besides, year, make, and model. For example, TYPE, as in atv, utv. motorcycle, car, truck, etc. CRE Loaded has Product Extra Fields contribution already built-in so I would like to utilize those fields for me to enter the Make, Model, Year since it's already there. (Unless there's a better suggestion) If possible, I'd like this coding to act as an Infobox so that I can easily add/remove/include in my current design, basically a flexible code that is straightforward and does not go against the flow of the current CRE Loaded. I'm sure you've seen this type of project plenty so someone in this expertise show me some examples and I'll take them into consideration. Thank you. P.S (I see there's a YMM contribution in the Oscommerce site, if it's possible please incorporate to my Clean Cre Loaded Installation) I dont want this installed for me. I want it created for me to be able to install myself due to having more than one site. will also need install instructions with the package. I have Cre Loaded 7 (free version for now) may update leter to pro, you can download the free version for your server from their website.
