Build a Website for vacation rentals

I need a website with ability to users to self register then list their own properties with their own sales parameters like rates, block dates, seasonal special discounts, minimum nights, prices for each day, photos, list of equipment,. exact position on them map, etc? Also, users should be able to send reservation requests, messages, deny request offer alternative accommodation. Until reservation is confirmed users are not able to see each others contacts, email addresses, phone numbers....

There is one type of user which can be host and guest in same time. Guests can make choose how he will pay for reservation, which bank card or paypal...

PAyment option should be also on website. I (owner, administrator) should be able to set percentage which I will deduct from property owner's price and percentage which I will put over his price and charge it to guest who have made reservation. 24h after check in, I should receive my percentage on my bank account, and the owner should receive his price "-" my service fee. Availability calendar should have prices for each day in displayed on same place. So it is calendar of availability with prices in it.

Search option filter are town, days of arrival and departure number of persons. After that you can make search on map or use filters like air conditioning, TV, internet.....

I (owner of the site) have to be able to update delete all content by myself...

Source code must be original not copied from some other sites and designer of web site must agree in contract that all right to that code belongs to owner ( decompilation, reverse engineering, analysis, modification, or circumventing of copy protection)

Price for this project is flexible and depends of how satisfied I'm with idea, design and how that site will be adjusted to users.
