Android application,database and RESTful PHP service as server - open to bidding

We're looking for a simple application for android devices, offering a digital and interactive menu for a restaurant/bar as requested below: We require a menu application that allows customers to browse our products and also send their order to us from the restaurant's table. We want a PC interface that allows us to receive the order, as well as have access to the administrative features for the database: seeing the stock on products, modifying products, reports for managing products. The menu should contain for each item the following information: name, description, price and available stock. The customer must be able to select products, add them to their order, see the total price of the order and send the order. The order should be received on the PC interface. We would like the drink category to be split in sub-categories (ex: Drinks: Wine / Beer / Sodas) and then display the list of available beverages in a separate page whenever that particular category is selected. We need to be able to add, remove or edit products, as well as edit the categories. The following are required for the project: 1. The android application 2. The database 3. a RESTful service in PHP acting as the server to extract the data from the database and communicate with the application Payment will be made after the above requirements are met.
