Currently our clients can collect email addresses for a newsletter, but they are unable to send out because our server cannot facilitate that many emails. We have a vertical response API that we have purchased to use, however we need it added to our custom built CMS so clients can start sending out newsletters. We already have access to the api, we will give access to developer awarded winner. I'm not sure what the job type is here, I'll edit it if I need to.
