Add objects to database through a web form.

I want to be able to objects to a database through a form. A user should be able to access the form after creating an account and is logged in. Example: I have a table with restaurants and one with meals. A user should be able to add their restaurant and than add meals, but just to their restaurant. One for **nightclubs** and one for **events. ** After creating an account and logged in, a user should be able to add one nightclub. The user should now be able to create, edit and remove events for the nightclub he/her created.
