API integration for Play.com marketplace

I am looking for a website developer that can create automated scripts that integrate with our [login to view URL] marketplace account to carry out the following tasks. 1- Take the data from our live product feed and update products within our [login to view URL] account with current stock quantity. 2- Produce a page where we can upload minimum and maximum prices for all products into our database in csv format (product code, min price, max price) 3- Download the price comparison data from play and then return the price update to play to beat the best competitors price down to our minimum price, or if no competition increase the price to our maximum price. 4- Show all products that we are not offering the best price for showing the price difference with relevant stock information available from play on one admin page.
