Convert uploaded images to designs in a Magento shop

Project summary Jopie owns a shop that sells embroidery designs, floss and materials. Part of the shop is designated for the conversion of images to custom embroidery designs. Goal is to enable visitors of my Magento shop 1. To upload images of their choice 2. To accurately convert the upload to one or more visitor selected indexed color sets 3. To limit the number of colors in the selected indexed color set 4. To instantly view the result in the shop environment 5. To change the required stitch count of the end product 6. To indicate their preferred thread count 7. To order the desired product, by putting it into the shopping cart, with/without yarn skeins and with/without fabric Above mentioned user functionality is described further on in this document.
