Brand new site

Hello, I need to find a team or person to design a new site from scratch. 1. one logo 2. CSS 3. MySQL 4. PHP I have the server a sample site to model after. if you can clone youtube, you will be selected. But please remember, only the site structure is needed, no need to do any video uploading. Sample pages: 1. sign up 2. login 3. create member profile (bio, upload photos, embed youtube videos) 4. Search member profile by category (browse search where SE can index) All search result pages will need to be SE friendly. Either rewrite or no parameters.
