copy CSS/PHP fix to a revised UI

Copy a small CSS & PHP-on-HTML-page fix to the newer version of the UI.

We moved one UI element hardcoded from the page to CSS, and need to update _same_ change to a later UI revision that was done from a pre-fix version.

This is probably a 15 minute job (that's what it took a previous coder to do this)

The HTML page has a lot of PHP, so one probably needs to install our datbase (we will provide an export copy) to see the page.

We prefere highly-experienced coders in CSS, PHP and MySQL, because we'll be looking for help to implement the UI as the next step.

Coder, please indicate relevant experience.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

4.) All information, designs, specification and software code trasmitted to the Coder during this project is considered buyer's Confidential information. Coder agrees not to disclose this Confidential information to any third party without Buyers's explicitly written agreement. Coder agrees not to use such Confidential information for any purpose other than the delivery of this project.
