Customized Geographic CDR Report

I need a report generated to a .csv flatfile in the following specific format for certain DIDs on the New IVR (period = current day): Date, Time, DID, Call Answered, Duration of Call, CLI, STD Name Field Explainations: ################ Date = cdr table calldate field Time = cdr table calldate field DID = cdr table dst field Call Answered = if cdr table billsec field >0 = Y, if 0 = N Duration of Call = cdr table billsec field CLI = cdr table src field STD Name = Add Names in attached file to geo_prefix table (or new table) - Display name comparing prefix to CLI. This file needs to be created and FTP'd (or allow user access to collect via FTP) every 30 minutes.
