change php templates in joomshopping

Base is a joomshopping shop in Joomla 2.5.
This have to be done:
- change order form template:
--- add customer number
--- remove images in ordered product line
--- print order comment at order form
- product list (within a category)
--- at the moment there is a condition "50", to list 50 products at one page. There should a condition "all", to show all products which belongs to the called category.
When finished, we need a short documentation which files were changed.
