Date layout and calendar

Hi, I have site ready to go live, I have some small requirements that needs to be meet, The site is build using Joomla 2.5, with Jomsocial installed. This is what needs changing: 1) Date - can we have the date shown as dd-mm-yyyy , I believe this can be changed in [login to view URL] files (done for front end and admin back-end) 2) Calender (date picker) - can you show a calender that shows the full week Mon - Sun. I've chosen Mon in config but the calendar still comes up Sun - Sat. 3) Calender (date picker) - can we remove week count first colum, its confusing. You will be given access to demo site, once this is achieved, then process needs to be documented, I will then update live site, Please note I've already asked support at jomsocial and they say that date format and datepicker (calender) is not part of jomsocial and only pulled via API from joomla core.
