Database developer (Msql, Joomla) needed

Database developer (Msql) needed to build in Msql database to Joomla website (version 1.5.23) or create database modifying any of existing Joomla database extensions. We have a website in Joomla (version 1.5.23). Now we need to create and include to the website the following database, for our EXISTING CLIENTS, who constantly buying: • Welcome ...(clients registered name) • Clients to login from front page and clients page: • Once logged in... list of services, click on service title and it goes to • a structure just like Microsoft outlook: • An inbox that that has the entrants listed and dated. Bolded until viewed. • A folder system on the side • 4 Preview windows for different 4 services which we provide • Calendar/scheduler for setting meetings. • A notification email sent once daily to client with new service entered by us. This system needs to support as many clients info that we get. As an administrator we need to be able to enter in (copy and paste, upload) services descriptions and notes and a rating system for each client. The client needs to be able to log in and review, rate, and file, the information into folders. The best description I can think of is an outlook email like system. We suggest the developer can do this in two ways: use one of non-commercial Joomla database extensions (for ex., Art Adminer) and modify it to meet our requirements or build in a new mysql database and add it to our Joomla website.
