I have an existing Joomla site that has been completely customized. It is a membership-based site. I need a skilled coder to script a splash page in light-box format that will stop people from going to the site and force them to login or register from there. Only registered members can proceed to the site. Very simple but must not create conflicts with other areas of the site.
