Due to time constraints I require a freelance professional to customise a fresh install of a Joomla CMS site to the required design using a template (to be purchased) and transfer some old content and populate new content. The Joomla site will either use v 2.5 or 3 Templates will be carefully selected to fit the required brand (telecoms company) Details of existing site and new site to be provided. Template to be carefully selected following discussion - Purchase separately from leading joomla template sites Content - Existing content and new content to be provided - (Freelancer to populate entire site - approx. 20-40 pages) Hosting to be provided Update the old site to new updated site - go live with minimal downtime (separate subdomain sandbox area available) Provide SEO options and tools

Hello, As stated, I won't bomb you with adjectives. This message is simply to say that we can start immediately. Quite often, I have seen programmers bid unrealistically low to grab the project and gradually raise the project cost on the pretext of additional features/ design change. They may also insist for bonuses etc. We just don't do so. I can assure you that if given a chance there wouldn't be any slip between the cup and the lip situation throughout the development plan and its execution.
