A bot required build with visual studio or java or any other language

we are looking for someone who is very good at programming and knows about organic search and visits.. I have attached a file for the requirements please read it all before bidding only bid if you really can execute what is required.. If you could do this then I will give many such projects to you.. Also actually I have already a similar bot and I know this must not cost more than $150 I will select good programmer so don't bid more than $150.. lowest bidder will win. Thanks
