Distant Calculator and Price estimator

Experienced programmer is needed for distant calculator project. Project Specifications: I am working for an auto transport company and I need a programmer to design an application that can calculate the distance between any two United States zip codes and/or cities. I am looking for driving distance to be calculated only. Once that part is taken of, I also need the application to generate a value for certain miles traveled. For example, if my start and end zip codes calculate to 50 miles, then the price would $200, or if my start and end zips calculate to 100 miles then the price would be maybe $400. In other words, once the distance is calculated I want the price for those miles underneath. I have the travel pricing for my company available once the project is accepted. The application needs to be form based so the user can insert their start location, end location, then press submit to generate the data.
