Daily deals website, niche with focus on products

I am looking for a specialist developer / designer that can work with us to develop our website in multiple phases. The website will have multiple components: - daily deals - deals can be services (voucher based) or product based - integrated in payment gateway - CMS backend - niche market When responding please include the following: - past reference work around web development, in particular daily deal / group buying web design. Only those with relevant experience will be considered - which script or platform you would be using to build the site. What language and framework? - estimated time frame to build the site Some features we may need: 1. login with Facebook, Twitter, or Gmail 2. 3rd party mail integration - Mail Chimp preferred 3. customer referral system / reward system 4. a page for merchants to sign up & add their deals 5. custom voucher template 6. custom email newsletter template 7. an email sign-up page for pre-launch 8. graphic to depict number of sold items and amount of items remaining 9. graphical countdown 10. integration with payment gateway 11. ongoing support for project 12. gift certificates Phase 2 will see additional functionality and integration added to website.
