Custom Events Lister Required for Website PHP MySQL

Hello All, I am currently creating a website for a customer who needs a feature which I am not qualified to complete: The client is a business which hosts thousands of events every year, from parties to other events. So they will have a page on their website called 'events'. When a customer goes on the 'events' page, the must choose the 'Month' and 'Year'. Once a customer has chosen the month and year, they get a list of all events running within that month, sorted by date. There could even be 15 events on a single day. In the list, the customer is shown: ~ A thumbnail picture of the flyer ~ The title of the event ~ The date and time of the event ~ A short description about what the event is about ~ The pricing info or 'FREE ENTRY' ~ The CITY of the event and the VENUE ADDRESS ~ A link for more information: When a customer clicks on the link for more information, the customer should be taken to a page which shows the following information: ~ Upto 4 pictures ~ The title of the event ~ The date and time of the event ~ A LONG description about what the event is about ~ The pricing info or 'FREE ENTRY' ~ The CITY of the event and the VENUE ADDRESS ~ A map of the venue with a directions link (to google maps) ~ Upto 3 links to external sites with further information ~ Leave their feedback or/and comments etc. All the information should be kept on the MySQL database, but SEARCH ENGINE MUST BE ABLE TO FIND EACH EVENT ON DIFFERENT PAGES FOR MAXIMUM SEO INTEGRATION The admin staff must be able to log in and add/edit events, manage comments and feedbacks etc. When the admin staff are addmin a new event, and are adding the images, the firs image must automatically become the thumbnail for the listing, and all the images must be able to add via 'Choose File & Upload' rather than adding a link. The system will be integrated into my dynamic HTML website (can convert page to PHP if required). The size of the page will be Width:998px by Height: Adjustable. I do not want an IFRAME to be place on the website therefore the system will be integrated to the website, if that makes sense. The month and year which the customer uses to search for events must start from 2005 and go-on till 2099. I WILL PAY THE FREELANCER ONCE THE WORK IS COMPLETE AND THE SYSTEM IS UPLOADED ONTO MY SERVER, AND MY CLIENT HAS PAID ME. DO NOT BID IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THIS TERM.
