Create a dynamic

I need to create a form with drop down menus that change dynamically. Then, depending on the selections, different values should submit to paypal. Each option should submit a different value.

The form should look like this:

Select Print Type: <select size="1" name="printType"/>

OPTION 1: Glicée Print (8 1/2" x 11")

OPTION 2: Archival Rag Print (8" x 10")

OPTION 3: Archival Rag Print (20" x 30")

Select Shipping Location:

OPTION 1: U.S.

OPTION 2: International

Select Shipping Speed:

IF Print Type = Glicée Print (8 1/2" x 11") OR Archival Rag Print (8" x 10") AND Shipping Location = U.S.

Then the following options should appear and the values following them should submit.

OPTION 1: USPS Priority - 2 Business Days <value="5.00" name="shipping" />

OPTION 2: USPS Express Mail - 1 Business Day <value="19.00" name="shipping" />

IF Print Type = Glicée Print (8 1/2" x 11") OR Archival Rag Print (8" x 10") AND Shipping Location = International

Then the following options should appear and the values following them should submit.

OPTION 1: USPS Priority International - 6-10 Business Days <value="15.00" name="shipping" />

OPTION 2: USPS Express Mail International <value="30.00" name="shipping" />

IF Print Type = Archival Rag Print (20" x 30") AND Shipping Location = U.S.

Then the following options should appear and the values following them should submit.

OPTION 1: USPS Standard <value="5.00" name="shipping" />

OPTION 2: Express Mail - 1 Business <value="19.00" name="shipping" />

IF Print Type = Archival Rag Print (20" x 30") AND Shipping Location = International

Then the following options should appear and the values following them should submit.

OPTION 1: USPS Priority International - 6-10 Business Day <value="35.00" name="shipping" />

OPTION 2: USPS Express Mail International - 3-5 business days <value="40.00" name="shipping" />

Along with these values, there are other hidden values but I can add those later.
