Create dynamic ebay categories in custom ebay listing. Javas

Hi, We need a javascript expert who has knowledge on ebay, to create a script which check the ebay store automatically for any new categories and then add them in the custom ebay listing design. When client creates a new listing, the listing should check automatically the clients ebay store for any new shop categories then add them inside the listing template. If there is a update, the categories on the ebay listing should update using the same CSS styling as the other links in the template.
