Hello, I need someone to create a PopUnder for me, in JS, so it will be able to work with PHP.

I need:

1. the popunder to open in a few secounds (not in the first secound that a user get in the website), or after a Click.

2. the banner will create a Cookie in the users computer. so if the banner allready open, it won't open again.

3. the popunder should open also in Google Chrome Browser, in a full window.
