Convert my script to WP and make it look pretty

I have a script that is already working with no problems. I want it converted to a Wordpress plugin that I can redistribute. The script is a rotator script where you put entries in various categories and when the a page is accessed, ti rotates the entries. Presently the script allows to put javascript, direct url and php codes to rotate the entries. There are various categories int he script that have it rotate in various ways based on how it is setup. It could rotate by so many seconds, by the day, by the month, each time the script is accessed, etc. There are multiple choices for this. The script functions well, but looks very primitive. I want it to be converted to WP and have it work through the WP admin dashboard. I want it to be able to put a shortcode that would be created for each rotator group on a WP page and also use the codes that are already there to use on any non-wp page So again, the script is already done and i use, but I want it to e converted to WP plugin.
