Control Panel User Interface Prototype Using JQuery

We have a prototype user interface for an online control panel that is about 50% complete. We are using JQuery for our prototype and are looking for someone to help us finish the project. The finished prototype will be a working model of our control panel using JQuery
We would like to find a vworker who has done multiple projects using jquery and ideally some graphics and or user interface design experience.
Rather than have a defined deliverable, we assume that this project will take a certain amount of time (or less). Prototypes are subject to revision, so we will evaluate where we stand after 30 hours and authorize more paid hours if needed.
This work is the first of several JQuery efforts we are planning. We would like to develop a long term relationship with the right person. We are looking to work with an individual rather than a group of people or a large company.
