Clone 2 sms opensource websites

I need to clone 2 websites. Both sites use source & scripts from [login to view URL] All source code, scripts & developer tools required can be downloaded free of charge from: [login to view URL] Below are details of the 2 sites that I need to duplicate: 1) [login to view URL] I would like to retain all of the functions of this site but I need to make some minor design changes. Changes would include: - New logo (this will be provided to you) & change all site name references to new name. - New fonts, images & colours (a new design with a similar layout style). - Changes to site text (new text will be provided) - Payments methods area will need to be amended. A new payment provider needs to be used. A new payment provider needs to be used via a hosted payment page. A developer guide & all tools for this can be downloaded from [login to view URL] Once the script has been completed & tested on your server, it will need to be installed on my server. Once it is fully functional on my server, I will release 80% of the escrow payment. The remaining 20% of the fee will held in escrow to allow for bug testing of the site. The final 20% escrow will be released within 14 days of the installation (or after the rectification of any bugs that are detected during this period). I will retain full ownership of any site designs & scripts provided. Our budget for this project is between $400 - $800 US & we need it to be completed & installed on our server within 14 days from your bid being accepted.
