Hi , Actually I want a classified ads site......similar to [login to view URL] I wanted to use free script from [login to view URL] What I wanted to do is "A COMPLETE THEME DESIGN WITH ADDITIONAL SCRIPT(IF REQUIRE) AND ALL THE FUNCTIONS" similar to [login to view URL] Must also include basic admin panel to manage the post approval and more..... Theme design should be similar to [login to view URL] (Nice Theme Design) My budget is $1000 but ONLY can pay 4 TIMES . So , $250 per payment/month.....
