CakePHP, Codeigniter and PHP expert

I had another programmer start an application for me but he never finished it. I'm looking for a PHP expert with knowledge of CakePHP and Codeigniter to take over this application and get it 100% ready. The first programmer was asked to use either CakePHP or Codeigniter to develop the entire script but I believe he didn't and did his code purely in PHP. Once I accept your bid, I'll give you access to my server so that you can check the code and work with it. The script that I need needs to support a superadmin (me), many independent admins, managers and users. I believe the coder created a superadmin, admin and user level but they are not working the way I need. Also, there will be extensive use of Google Charts in order to generate online graphics to track what admins, manager, users and superadmins do. Most importantly is that I need everything completed in 4-5 days. I do have detailed screenshots for every screen that needs to be created.
