CMS Required - with added Clickatell Integration & Bulk Emails

I have a project that requires a CMS. The website is to manage the complete operations of a golf professional when offering golf lessons. The CMS is to manage the content of the professionals website (ie. the pages html) but must be able to be edited in a text editor with no knowledge of html. The CMS also requires the ability to upload videos and create html pages with images and text without knowledge of html. The images must be uploaded and resized, with the page being stored in the database. The CMS must also manage the contacts/database members with the ability for the admin user to edit their personal details. The ability to specify specific pages or videos for each individual is also a must as outlined in the previous paragraph. Basic integration into the clickatell API is required. A simple form that sends a sms message from a text box to the members in the database will be required. The clicktell account already exists. The message must also be able to be sent to a select group of members as determined in their personal details or sent to all upon selection by the user. Email newsletter functionality must also be included. Templates will exist within the database which can be edited using a html editor is a must before sending. The template with the edited text then needs to be emailed to all contacts or a select group upon specifying. Images and text in the template must be able to be edited without the knowledge of html. The database structure has already been created, however can be edited to best suit the methods used. The CMS must also include a easily edited config file that can be reused on other domains, with little code change. A simple text file must be included outlining the required lines of code needing changing to upload to a new domain/server.
