Building a dating website

Hi, I need someone to develop a dating site. I dont't need the design i only need the programming. Programming/functionality: -Registration -Editing profile: -Information -Adding pictures and images -Adding video from youtube or user computer -Avility to send friend requests and form groups. -Messaging system -Search by categories and characteristics. -Home page will display random users online. -Online chat If you have any suggestion for the website functionality please specify it on PM. Probably going to update and improve website, so I´m looking for a long term relationship, with mantainance, SEO, and stuff.
