Build website for classifieds

I would like quotes/bids on the following project please: Build a website with back end database for classifieds and directory listings - Graphic Design skills not crucial, we have our own Graphic Artists - We are looking for someone to build the website, back end and administration area About the Website - USER AREA Users log in, have their own user area. Here they can create/modify their own profile and listings. Mesages (Inbox) area, where they can exchange messages between members. They can add listings for their own horses, and save searches they have performed, as well as listings they have viewed. Listings are all free. All listings will be approved by Administrator before going live. - SEARCH Search function that users can use to find listings. Also the ability to save their searches, and then the system may suggest suitable listings that meet their saved criteria. Search to be performed on things like animal details (age, height etc) and area located. - HOME PAGE Should display new listings, and featured listings. Moving banner on front page to show featured listings. - BUSINESS ADVERTISERS Function for website to show business banner advertisements - this needs to be managed in the main admin area. Fee structure for these. - ADMIN AREA Manage advertisements, manage members (delete if necessary), holds all contact information about members they have added. Also function to approve members when they first create their profile. CALENDAR - managed in Admin area, displayed on main website. DIRECTORY - Directory with categories of different business types. Users can add here. Bid amount undetermined/unknown - will be determined by submitted bids. Thank you.
