Auto Form Submit Script

You will need to create a script that will auto submit the details in database to a web form, with password protected backend showing which details is submitted and which is not. This script should be run automatically at specific time. Requirement: 1. Auto submit database details to website form. 2. Backend displaying which data is submitted. (Only page of this website, all other is script) 3. Auto run at specific time. 4. Should not duplicate the submission. 5. Should submit all data at the same time, not one by one. The web form is attached as attachment. The project MUST be done in 7 days after project is awarded.
