I need a programmer to take my design and make it have a look of flash. I seen a lot of sites out that have alot of animation and movements but its not flash.
I need a programmer who i can give my designs to and create animations and transitions on the work.
My project:
I have a site that is 3 pages . Everypage has a full picture background. On the homepage, i want 5 images rotating (slide effect) on the page. on the top will be some content. On the inner pages, the background would be 1 main image with text over it. every easy project but want to do another method of animation rather than flash so it plays on multiple platforms
