I have a web page at [login to view URL] Right now each "More Details" link opens a new window. What I'd like to do is to have these links open a window as soon as the mouse touches it, and disappear when the mouse moves away from it. Just like they do on [login to view URL], but instead of a graphic it would load text.
The project is urgent and needs to be completed in the next 5 hours.
