Need to develop Ad tags which can be embeded in digital ads, the tag will be delivered via the ad delivery servers. The tag would ping back to our server indicating an impression has been delivered on user machine and return back a set of information of the user machine. The tag would also drop a cookie on the user machine. The cookie needs to trigger a server at a pre-defined interval and pull it from our server. The survey can be displayed as a html page once the user connects to Internet.
