Digital tachograph: Examination of data
$500-5000 USD
Paid on delivery
Hi,
we are a leading provider of telematics ASP services. Our headquarters is based in Berlin, Germany.
Currently all our customers are using our very powerful web based telematics platform.
Our telematics devices are installed in vehicles and are sending various data like GPS positions, driving behaviour of the driver, technical data of the vehicle etc. to our servers.
We are looking for European programmers, because we work in this project with digital tachographs from Europe and it is also about the understanding of European legislation.
We would prefer a programmer who already has experience in the examination of data from digital tachographs.
Task:
We are already able to receive real-time data (D8) from digital tachographs. This data is called "raw data".
The aim of acquiring the D8 data is the calculation of the following data (more detailed information can be found in chapter 10 of the attached specification):
* daily driving time
* weekly driving time
* working times
* daily rest period
* weekly rest period
* shift time
This raw data is saved in two MySQL tables on our server and is the basis for further calculation of additional information based on this raw data.
This additional information must be
a) saved in a new MySQL table and must be
b) provided to the user in a set of HTML reports
A detailed description of our requirements can be found in the attached specification.
There you can also find a diagram which offers information about how the system that handles data transmission and processing is constructed.
This project includes IMPORTANT additional files. Please download and read them fully before bidding!
