Database Driven Search Application with Web Based Form

I am currently using a hosted web service called Caspio to provide a web based search tool that visitors to my website can use to look up the List Price/MSRP of Cisco networking products. You can view the existing search application here [login to view URL] On the backend, I have created (using Caspio's hosted tool) a MySQL data table that contains a few thousand records, for each row, I have: Cisco Part Number (SKU) Product Description List Price / MSRP List Price / MSRP -50% An HTML Link that clicks through to our contact form I would like to replicate this tool on my own hosted server, bring the MySQL database local, and replicate the web search form, replacing Caspio's form and calling data from my own local copy of the database. I also need a simple interface to be able to maintain and update the product and pricing database. Seems simple enough, please take a look and let me know what you think. I will provide access to the Caspio backend if necessary so you can see how their setup works.
