Android App Interface for Floreant POS & Customization of Fl

I am looking to use an open source mobile solution for my friend's restaurant. I googled and found Floreant POS is the closest we need but it has some pitfalls and does not have a mobile interface. I have two requirements: 1. Extend Floreant POS to include multiple kitchen printing. 2. Create an Android App interface with a similar interface as Floreant POS client and that can interact with Floreat POS. Attached documents have more details about Floreant POS source locations, resources, detailed requirements and screenshots. Keeping this as Small project since most of the work would be UI related as the core functionality and flow is already implemented in the Floreant POS.
