Credit card, security, forum and all ecommerce on new website

Presently I am developing a new website for home schooling of children. The site is written in pure html. I need you to install all the necesary ecommerce and associated credit card facility and security for the site to work. I envisage the following: The customer visits the website, Likes what they see, They purchase the goods via credit card. They get a customer number & password etc for multiple re-entry onto the secure area of the site. In the secure area they are able to print off the various courses which they have paid for. I envisage the same customer returning weekly to print off that weeks relevant material etc. I also want a refer a friend/affiliate reward scheme A forum area where the new clients can discuss problems etc is also required for this project. A monthly newsletter will also be sent out to existing clients informing them of updates and new products. Security of the website and print off material is important, in order to avoid unscrupulous use of the materials. If you are capable of coding the above requests onto my new project then I would welcome your bid. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Will run on Linux with SQL etc available from the web host.
