I am a realtor who needs to have a website designed for a specific property that I am wanting to market to the rich and famous over the internet.? I need a simple website that will show all the splendour of this 7700 acre historic ranch, its evolvement over the years, potential future development ideas.? ? I will take video footage that I want people to be able to view to almost see the property virtually without physically going there to show it as it is remotely located.? So website needs to include place for pictures (categorized) and video footage or slide show (or flash). Bid to include complete set up, design of very classy website, hosting and basic maintenance of it until ranch is sold. ## Deliverables I will provide pictures and as much text information in order for you to put together a very classy, stylish website that will present Cannonball Ranch, a 7700 acre ranch that has been inducted into the Historic Cowboy Hall of Fame to potential buyers.? I need this site to be put on engines that will be seen by hollywood, rich and famous, land tycoons as this property is for sale for $5.35 Million.? So it is important first and foremost to have something that gives literally a virtual tour of the ranch, all the information? and then my contact details. This bid needs to include the whole nine yards, design, hosting and maintance (which will be minimal as no changes will be made) until ranch is sold (at least 6 months)
