Dear ynpakhaleyogesh, I have experience setting up social networking websites from CMS (Central Management System) like WordPress and Joomla but this is specifically meant for social media. It wouldn't take me very long to set it up and you would be able to customize the website to your liking. You are welcome to chat me and I can send you screen shots of the existing website. I can easily setup a Forum and a photo gallery or even Facebook like news feeds with pictures. There is a lot of features I can add that won't take very long If you are on a time constant.
