add 4 new templates to a current wordpress theme

We want to add 3 new templates added to our wordpress pages and blogposts. And when these templates are added the user can select the new available templates in Wordpress CMS with posting pages and blogpages. For the current wordpress theme we want to have the following templates being added to the pages and blogpost: -a full width Page (so only header and footer is integrated). -the current blog template needs to copied and the small side bar on the right needs to be placed at the left side. This template should be named: sidebar_left And the initial one sidebar_right. -the current home page template should be copied and be available to the blogposts and pages and including the modification that the current category grid is replaced by the full content of a single post page for the blog post and for the pages section just the content which is placed with the specific page. The template should be called: page_template1_sidebare_right -the above page_template1_sidebar_right with the modification that the small sidebar is place left and this template is called page_template1_sidebar_left. The procedure should also be simple: -add the template files with the corresponding names (we should easily rename this ourselves) -the current templates are not touched. -any css is separately from [login to view URL] or clearly added for specific template(s) - I think in this case not applicable). A clear budget and timeschedule of delivery is appreciated. The project is approved when the 4 templates are added and appear in the blogposts and pages editor. And a clear description how new templates can be added and renamed.
