Custom Checkout Development

I require a very experienced coder to design a custom checkout based on the attached specifications. This project will be managed by a professional project manager and therefore I should like to know which project management approaches you arte familiar with and which collaboration tools you have used in the past. Please can you also answer the following questions; 1. Supply five examples with url's of what you consider an extremely good checkout. 2. Supply five examples of common design flaws in a poor checkout. 3. To make sure you're human and not a robot, what are the two websites that are used in the design document? Please give the URL's. 4.
