Create a Wordpress Template

I have a new website i am putting together: [login to view URL] I need a few thngs building/editing. I would like a contact form for employees to nominate collegues for two awards. Images to be re-sized (at the moment the size is part of a template i bought, so you will need to go into the template and edit the CSS) A form for employees to RSVP - if they RSVP yes, then we would like a new page to appear (which has information on taxis, hotel's etc) A form where employees can choose their Menu - this will be a choice of 3 starters, 3 mains, and 3 desserts. We will also need a custom field where they can let us know of any dietary requirements A 'survey/feedback' form All of these forms needs to be able to download in excel - which i think Flamingo (a wordpress plugin) should be able to help with. We do not have visuals of the forms yet - but will have them soon. The website is one landing page, so we would like some anchor links put in to the navigation, so users can jump to the important bits. There may also be a few ad hoc changes (nothing big, just little colour changes, etc)
