Sir, As stated, I won't bomb you with adjectives. This message is simply to say that we can start immediately. Quite often, I have seen programmers bid unrealistically low to grab the project and gradually raise the project cost on the pretext of additional features/ design change. They may also insist for bonuses etc. We just don't do so. I can assure you that if given a chance there wouldn't be any slip between the cup and the lip situation throughout the development plan and its execution.
