Create a Joomla plugin

i am interested in making a plugin for Joomla 3 that would: 1. go to certain groups on facebook or event, 2. click on see all members list 3. import all members this way: name will be name last name will be last name facebook username will become joomla username it will import email too if its public if not then it will write the username of facebook instead of the email and add to it @[login to view URL] if member doesnt have username on facebook it will do nothing. it should add the picture of the user as a picture in his jomsocial profle and import his cover too (if all is public) same plugin will add these members to joomla without making the server go down, it will wait 60 seconds between every new member then an email will be sent to each member after registration with a certain text that can be changed
