Create a Data interface with the major internet browsers

Hi Freelancers, We have vb.net software that needs to be able to read/write information to (html) pages loaded by the most used webbrowsers like firefox, internet explorer, chrome . The idea is to autofill login data or registration data into websites, this data is available in our software but we need a fast automatic copy past function for the popular browers. We don't want to use selenium, so u need to have experience to directly interface with the browsers elements/fields. The freelancer will work closely with our own developer. Thank u
