Conflicting Issue with Photo Date & icon

(1.) My photo and video gallery show a new icon (new item) upon uploaded..The thing is some where at one point the new icon will show on other earliar uploaded item and also change the date of an earliar item as well..See screenshots of different days i have taken of the date changed..NOTE: This happens in Photo gallery & on user settings photo section only no where in video gallery..The photos at the lower bottom are my earliar uploaded and ones and on top are newly uploaded,,please see lower photos how the date was changed as well..There is an issue with the date conflicting with the time span show of the new icon or the date of the comments of this photos,some where there.....If you can debug this let me know,,Looking for positive feedback and fast search work... Will do 1 milestone of $35.00 & released once completed and working...This is a 0-day bid project (4-hours only)..Not interested in over bids or on people who don't reply...Testing on Safari and IE..If you can tell me which file you will need this project is defenitely for you..I can take shots of tables or other areas as well just ask for the shots..Message me if you can start now..
