Change WP Theme Layout - repost

Hi There, Re-Posting... Coder fell through... Need layout changes within Theme = options panel and on pages/post " THE7 " Wordpress theme - I have bought this theme. Customization, Programming & Code for theme options within wp-admin panel. This is an awesome theme, however: 1. On boxed layout theme is only programmed for long width wise ~ Boxed layout 1360 px and Wide Screen I need Wide Screen AND Box Layout = but with one or two options to choose which size = 1140, 1040 & 960 Global options AND Per Post and Per Page = so I can select wide screen on some pages, or box layout on others. Background image + color to function with all elements as well. Every part of theme would need to be carefully checked so it all works together. Keep everything the same... 2. I would like switches (light blue) like ON/OFF switches rather than radio buttons to select the options 3. I may also have a few smaller adjustments to make to this theme also. 4. Would need all changes documented with code and files adjusted 5. Would need your help to move site from test server to main server, and ensure all changes will not be lost during theme up-date. 6. Please let me know what you can do, and how you plan on implementing these things. I am open to negotiation and discussion. Small budget but I really need this done quickly.
