I want a website where the people can upload funny pictures (login with facebook or normal), rate the other pictures, share it, etc. I want the website have: -moderation zone: where me and others admins can say 'yes' or 'no' to the pictures uploaded of the users. If is 'no', the picture will not appear in the website. -users will accumulate points for each 'up rate' in their pictures. -a very simple design in only one stylesheet file, cuz I'm designer and I can realize my personal design.

I can create to you a website using drupal as CMS where user will register(You could ban users that upload to much pictures that are not allowed). Users could upload a user picture. I would create an administration page for you to aprove and disaprve picutres, we could use facebook comments or the onse provided by drupal. We cuold use numeral votes or percentages represented by stars. and would give acces to the stylesheet in which you could do your own design
